SneakJoy – Terms & Conditions
Article 1 – Definitions
Cooling-off period: The 14-day period during which the customer may cancel a purchase without giving a reason. Consumer: A natural person not acting for business or professional purposes. Day: Calendar day. Distance contract: A contract made remotely (for example, an online purchase through our website). Durable medium: Any format (like email) allowing the customer to store information for future reference. Entrepreneur: SneakJoy, the online brand offering premium caps. Right of withdrawal: The customer’s right to cancel a purchase within the cooling-off period. Remote communication: Tools like our website or email used to complete purchases without face-to-face contact.

Article 2 – Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, sales, and agreements made through the SneakJoy online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms. A copy of these Terms & Conditions is available before checkout and can be saved for reference. If any condition conflicts, the most customer-friendly interpretation will apply.

All offers from SneakJoy:

  • Provide accurate product descriptions (images are for illustrative purposes).
  • Include the total cost, taxes, and shipping fees.
  • May be modified or withdrawn at any time before purchase confirmation.
Article 5 – The ContractA purchase agreement is formed once a customer places an order and payment is successfully completed.For online purchases:
  • An order confirmation is sent by email.
  • Checkout and payment are processed securely.
  • Orders may be canceled by SneakJoy for valid reasons (e.g., stock issues or payment problems).
Article 6 – Right of CancellationCustomers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.Conditions:
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A written notice of cancellation (via email or contact form) is required.
  • The return must be shipped back within 14 days after cancellation notice.
Article 7 – Returns & Refunds
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item or valid proof of return.
  • Original shipping costs are refundable only if SneakJoy is at fault.
Article 8 – Pricing
  • All prices are final during the promotion or valid listing period.
  • Typographical or pricing errors will be corrected.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.
Article 9 – Product Quality & WarrantySneakJoy caps are designed to meet high-quality standards.
  • Products match their descriptions and photos.
  • Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper handling, or modification.
  • Faulty products must be reported within 14 days of delivery for warranty claims.
Article 10 – Delivery
  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
  • Typical delivery time: within 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • If delays exceed 30 days, customers may cancel the order for a full refund.
  • If a product becomes unavailable, a similar replacement may be offered (optional).
Article 11 – Subscription & Duration Contracts
  • Applies only if a customer subscribes to recurring SneakJoy shipments.
  • Open contracts can be canceled with 1-month notice.
  • Fixed-term contracts do not auto-renew unless explicitly agreed.
  • Contracts exceeding one year may be canceled after 12 months.
Article 12 – Payments
  • Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment issues should be reported immediately for resolution.
Article 13 – Complaints
  • Complaints must be reported within 7 days of discovering an issue.
  • We respond within 14 days.
  • Valid complaints may result in repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Unresolved cases may be referred to a recognized consumer dispute resolution authority.
Article 15 – Force MajeureSneakJoy is not liable for delays or failures caused by external factors such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical malfunctions.

Article 16 – Governing LawAll SneakJoy purchases and disputes are governed by U.S. consumer law, unless otherwise required by local regulations.

Article 17 – Changes to TermsSneakJoy may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on our website. Please review them before completing a purchase.
